Rockwool Thermal Insulation Roll - Twin Layer Pack

Supplied in a twin layer roll of 2 layers of 100mm at 2.75mtr length.

2 layers of 100mm, each of 2.75mtr length gives a total length of 5.5 metres and 6.6 square metres OR

1 layer of 200mm of 2.75mtr gives 3.3 square metres.

It's a medium density stonewool insulation developed specifically for thermal performance in loft spaces.

As a non-combustible material, it can withstand temperatures of up to 1000˚C.

In the event of a fire this can provide extra time for occupants to escape and emergency services to contain the fire, minimising damage to the property and contents.

The mineral wool insulation also enhances home comfort with its acoustic performance, absorbing sound and reducing vibrations.

The density, non-directional fibre orientation and its open porous structure trap sound waves and prevent them travelling into the property.

Recommended: 100mm thickness for laying between joists, and 200mm to layer over joints to give a total recommended coverage of 300mm.
